Lisa Moody, PAC, DFAAPA, WTS

Lisa Moody, PA-C, DFAAPA, WTS, is an experienced Physician Assistant with more than 25 years of clinical expertise in family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, and functional medicine. She is the owner and lead provider of Skinwerx of Texas, a multi-million-dollar medical spa and dermatology practice in Arlington, Texas, recognized for delivering advanced aesthetic and medical skin care through a personalized, patient-centered approach.

Lisa specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology, including skin cancer screenings, biopsies, minor surgical procedures, and dermatopathology-guided treatment. Her aesthetic expertise includes full-face correction using neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators, as well as laser and energy-based treatments, hair restoration, PRP therapies, sexual wellness services, IV therapy, and medically supervised weight loss. She also provides comprehensive care for hormone-related imbalances through bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, offering pellet, injectable, and oral treatment options.

A nationally recognized aesthetic injector, Lisa is an active member of the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN) and is designated a top 1% Galderma account nationwide. Since 2017, she has conducted more than 175 peer-to-peer training sessions for cosmetic injectors of all experience levels and regularly serves as a speaker, mentor, and injector at Galderma educational events and programs. Her dedication to education also includes years of experience as a Physician Assistant preceptor, providing hands-on training to PA and DO students across multiple medical specialties.

Lisa’s entrepreneurial background includes founding and growing multiple successful aesthetic practices, including Cozmederm and Skinwerx of Texas. Under her leadership, Skinwerx has received numerous regional awards, including Best Med Spa, Best Facial Treatments, Best Laser Treatments, Best Place for Botox, and Best Bio-Identical Hormone Center.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, where she was a member of the inaugural graduating class. Lisa is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and maintains active membership in the AAPA, NCCPA, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the World Trichology Society.
