Lisa Moody, PAC, DFAAPA

Lisa Moody, PAC, DFAAPA, opened Skinwerx MedSpa in Arlington, Texas in March of 2020. Her interest in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine and dermatology led her to where she began in a small one room office called Cozmederm in 2005 with Botox, Juvederm, and Obagi Skindcare products.

She later joined Mansfield/United Dermatology in 2007, helping to grow a new medical and cosmetic dermatology practice that now has four locations. In 2017, Lisa became a Galderma Aesthetic Instructor Network Trainer (GAIN) and has since completed over 100 trainings on aesthetic injection procedures. Lisa also has an interest in hair restoration and recently gained her World Trichology Society certification in 2021.

Lisa’s passion for preventative health began during her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she majored in exercise science and minored in business. She pursued a master’s in biology until she was accepted into the inaugural class of 11 PA students at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. After earning her Physician Assistant Certification, Lisa gained experience in neurosurgery before joining the UNTHSC Seminary Family and Internal Medicine Clinic, where she was on faculty educating and precepting PA and DO students for 8 years.

In her free time, Lisa loves being on the lake with her husband and two daughters, traveling, cooking or simply enjoying the outdoors.

Nina Medina

Nina got her start in the dermatology field in 2007. She is a nationally certified registered medical assistant, certified derm tech and nationally registered phlebotomy tech. Nina helps coordinate our back office at Skinwerx and makes sure all our supplies are ordered and in stock. In her free time, she can be found with her family on the baseball fields and spending time with extended family and friends.

Sara Jensen

Sara is a registered nurse born and raised in Arlington, TX. She graduated with a BSN from Texas Tech University Health Science Center and worked for the first 10 years of her career at JPS Hospital in Fort Worth. Sara transitioned into aesthetic nursing because she enjoys the art of it all. “You’re still caring for people, just in a different way. If you can improve someone’s self-esteem and help them feel beautiful, that’s very rewarding”. Sara’s favorite services are Dysport, lip fillers and sclerotherapy. In her spare time Sara enjoys being with her family and doing anything active outside.

Krista Hamlett

Krista is a master medical aesthetician here at Skinwerx. She has been licensed since 1998 and performs facials, laser treatments and many other aesthetic treatments. Krista takes pride in her work and makes every patient feel like the top priority. Once you receive treatment from Krista you will never go anywhere else! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Krista’s personality is infectious, and she is a great asset to the Skinwerx team!

Asereth Fuentes

Asereth is an aesthetician who graduated from the Ogle School’s esthetician program. She has also trained further in advanced esthetics. Asereth takes pride in educating her patients about achieving and maintaining their skin care goals. She truly enjoys helping people through thoughtful consultations and treatment plans. Asereth performs many advanced treatments, including microneedling, Morpheus8, SylfirmX, laser hair removal, HydraFacial, chemical peels and more. When Asereth isn’t working her skincare magic, she enjoys hiking and continuing her education.

Sheila Epperson

Authentic, energetic and all about every patient that walks through the door, Sheila is a true asset to the Skinwerx team! Her passion, communication and people skills will ensure your visit is memorable from start to finish. You’ll find Sheila at the front desk, where she takes pride in all she does to make sure your needs are met before and after your treatment. Sheila is highly skilled in all the products we sell to ensure you are getting the most out of your visit.

Sheila has more than 10 years of experience in customer service, and it shows every time you step in through our doors. When she’s not at the spa, she is working on her real estate business and in her garden. Sheila is married to her high school sweetheart and has 2 grown children she adores. Don’t be surprised if, once you visit Skinwerx, you’re not just a patient but also Sheila’s friend.

Angela Thompson

Angela is our newest member of the Skinwerx family and helps at the front desk. She has been married to her husband, Nathan for almost 20 years, and has three sons, Ethan, Drew, and Layne. After being a personal trainer for the last decade, she has decided to continue her passion for helping others with their health and wellness journey at Skinwerx. Angela loves seeing others become the best version of themselves, and is happy to help in any way she can.
